"By far the best experienced when it comes to buying a motorcycle. Not only were they extremely helpful about ordering a particular bike, but when it needed service they came out and picked it up and had it back to me the next day. Easily five star service."

"I worked with Craig Knapp and James Yuill when purchasing my bike. Both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful. Buying my bike from Freedom Cycle in Reno was a pleasant experience. Thank you guys. Nick"

"When it comes to motorcycle service, it has be done right. That is where the Yuill brothers enter the picture. Not only do they know what they are doing but they do it so as to impart total confidence in the "Yuill Brothers Experience". My 'Deuce' was burning oil and had some horrendous 'top end' noise which two Harley dealers told me was normal (I paid both dealers to diagnose: ''That's normal''). I knew it wasn't right and after Mark took a ride my concerns were justified. I left the bike that day with instructions to 'fix it'. Brad did just that! He found some broken parts (that both dealers missed), spent the time to remap the 'SERT', installed a gear drive cam and dyno tuned the bike to perfection...all in less than a week and for a lot less money then I thought it would be. That kind of service coupled with the friendliest staff around makes Freedom Cycle the only shop I will ever take my bike to. A big thanks to everybody at Freedom Cycle. BEBrown"

"I test drove a Rocket III each year for 3 years during the Street Vibrations and the people at Freedom Cycle were great. No pressure to buy and when I did finally add one to my garage to join my 5 other bikes they made the purchase very pleasant and easy. I had an extgensive list of extras that I wanted and when we made the deal by email and phone they arranged to have everything installed and ready to go when I made the trip to Reno to pickup the bike. I have ridden since 1971 and have owned dozens of different bikes over the years but I am now convinced that the Rocket III is the best motorcycle of any I have owned or for that matter, any that I have ever ridden as well. That takes in most makes and models made during those 36 years. I currently own a touring bike, 4 cruisers and a sportbike but the Rocket III is the one that I want to ride when I open the garage door whether it's a trip to the mini-mart or a trip across the state. The bike is just "TOO MUCH FUN" and gets more attention than my 1977 308GTB Ferrari or my 2007 Shelby GT Mustang when I park it. So if you buy one be preparred to spend a lot of time in parking lots telling the lookers all about your new bike. "

"I've never in my life encountered a dealership that I have liked, until I walked in Triumph. Mark and the rest of the staff really made me feel comfortable with their honesty and professionalism. Not only did they cut me a great deal, it's the small things they do too that make you appreciate them. For one thing, they remember your name and always make you feel like you are their first priority- something that many dealerships will never offer. Sincerely, Timothy Chen "

"Hey guys, just a short update on your awsome air cleaner I added to your other excellent parts for my 103 Screaming Eagle. On the Nevada State Hog Ralley got tons of great coments about the billit air cleaner and boy did it smooth out and increase my powerband. Was great to see several other hogsters from your area show up running this great air cleaner. OK Brad, I see ya smiling--whats next for me ?? Oh and P.S. The BMW F650 Dakar is running great !!"

"I was looking to purchase a particular new Vespa which Mark said he could obtain for me. He delivered the unit to me in California and we did all the paperwork via phone and email. The Vespa now has over 8,400 trouble-free miles on it and it stilllooks and runs like new. If you are in another state and want to purchase elsewhere, I recommend Freedom Cycle. In fact, I am considering purchasing another new Vespa GT from him! "

"When the 2006 Harley-Davidson CVO bikes came available I was one of the first to get a Autumn Haze FLHTCUSE and I was looking for a exhaust system as I wanted my 103" motor to be dialed in for optimum power and performance. I contacted Brad @ Freedom Cycles and Brad took the time to answer all of my questions and stated he had just what I was looking for. I can't thank Brad and his crew enough as I rode my CUSE up to Reno and Brad and another Tech got right on my scooter, putting in their Freedom Cams and Freedom Exhaust. When I left their shop I am glad that Brad said to hold on cause my scooter showed lots more torque in the rpm range that I was looking for. I normally get a new scoot every couple of years and I plan to have Brad and his crew "Hook Me Up Again in 2008" thinking Road Glide. My one word that best describes Brad is a "Perfectionist" I highly recommend anyone that is looking to get a little more out of their motor but still want it to be very dependable to give Brad a call @ Freedom Cycles. Awesome Job Guys!"

"I had an anniversary Heritage Soft Tail, silver and black, and it ran like a top. I really wanted the Road King hard bags, so I had been asking around several shops in northern California but had no luck in finding someone who could add the bags without a 12K custom retrofit job. I mentioned my quest to a casual riding buddy who sent me to Freedom Cycles where I met Mark. Mark told me he could add the matching bags just the way I wanted. Getting anniversary color matching bags took what seemed to be forever, but the end result was exactly what I had wanted. However, as Mark had said originally, it wasn’t a Road King. Shortly thereafter, I found the smokey gold Road King and fell in love. After several long discussions with both Brad and Mark about performance upgrades, I decided to have Brad do his magic and make it a 95. I was not only welcome but invited into the back of the shop to take a look at the head work and learned that this was no HD kit. Heads, pistons, all that stuff was hand worked by Brad and all the parts, including custom Freedom Cycle pipes, were performance matched to each other and to the bike. I was disappointed when I picked it up and Brad explained that for the next 500 miles I could not twist the throttle past the marks he had placed which kept me below 3k rpm. It was a long 500 miles. When I picked it up after the final dyno tune, I headed for the highway and I could not believe the difference. Smooth continual power to spare. I was impressed! I have watched them do everything from dismantle the engine to adjusting the clutch and replacing the front fender. I have watched them treat my bike as though it were their own. Their attention to every detail, their concern that everything is done right, and their genuine interest in my satisfaction are a few of the things that set them far above the drop-it-off and pick-it-up experience. Freedom Cycle Reno is the only place I’ll take my bike. "

"While in Reno, four years ago, I needed a simple oil change for my '01 Triumph Thunderbird. I called for an appointment, and the friendly parts department told me to come right on down. On arrival, I was greeted by the staff and made arrangements for my oil change. On my exit a gentleman, unknown to me, asked me if I would be interested in riding his personal Triumph Tiger. This person introduced himself to me as Brad, part owner of Freedom Cycle. I told him no thank you because I would probably buy one on the spot. Brad told me that he never lets anyone ride his bikes, and if I would like to try it, I could. I did, and when I came back, I bought one off the showroom floor. This started a new friendship not only with Brad, but his brother Mark and the entire staff at Freedom Cycle. I visit Reno on a monthly basis and ride from LaQuinta, CA. 528 miles to Reno about 4 times a year. I truely enjoy my Tiger; however, 6 months after my purchase of my Tiger, I bought a '05 Rocket 3. Not only do I enjoy my 2 bikes, my Tiger around town, and my Rocket 3 for my road trips to Reno and beyond. Most importantly, it gives me great pleasure to have made not only good friends with Brad and Mark, but the entire staff. Even though living in California on a full time basis, I only do all of my purchases for my bikes from Freedom Cycle. Regards, Wayne Sankey"

"A close friend suggested I call and speak with Brad at Freedom Cycle regarding dyno tuning my 06 Harley Streetglide. The story begins when my local mechanic performed the 5000 mile service and found that my spark plugs were snow white and the engine was tuned extremely lean which, if left unchecked, would cause damage, and it was most likely the reason I was getting hesitation when accelerating. The engine is SE Stage II from the Harley dealer with the recommended "download". Freedom installed a Power Commander III, which Brad recommended, and dyno tuned the engine. My Harley now runs and accelerates so smoothly that I can't belive it's the same engine. The interesting fact is that before I called and scheduled an appointment with Brad to set up my bike, I called the Harley Technical line and asked about using a Screaming Eagle Race Tuner. The advice given, and you're not going to believe this, "we don't recommend the Race Tuner unless the engine has unrestricted breathing for the intake and straight exhaust that are generally used for racing purposes only". Freedom is my personal recommendation for setting up a Harley. "

"I ordered a yellow Thruxton while still overseas this spring, and when I got back, it was ready to go! I had mailed in a deposit, and just on my promise, the EXACT bike that I wanted was ordered, PDI ed, then test ridden for me, before I was even back in the USA. When I got off the plane, I hit the bank, then rolled into their shop around 4:00PM. They even had just the right helmet and sweet jacket in stock, matching colors of course, and didn't even blink when I paid cash for everything. I was on the road before 5:30PM. It's quite nice to shop somewhere where they keep their word and want to make things easy for you. I've been to a lot of motorcycle dealerships, and can honestly say that these guys are tops!"

"Brad, Mark & the guys @ Freedom are there for you! They have done service work on my wifes and my Harleys for the last 7 years, and everything that we have asked for, and what they suggested has made our riding that much better. I most recently purchased a Sprint ST ABS @ Freedom. Wow, what a bike, and again the suggested extras have made this bike my "sports car", and my first choice for running errands in town. It is a pleasure knowing that Freedom Cycle will put your satisfaction and needs ahead of selling you something that you do not need, or is not the best choice for your bike. The toughest decision you'll make is what extra you'll want first!"

"I also have purchased two TPD trailers from Freedom. I started with a 2 bike trailer that I customized the inside for my two Harleys, with the help of the Yuill brothers. We set it up two haul 2 baggers or 2 sport bikes. I used this trailer to our two Harleys, when garage space was limited. My wife and I decided that we wanted to have a bigger trailer, so we could take along friends on longer trips, so Mark helped sell the 2 bike trailer (on consignment), and ordered us a 4 bike trailer, which we set up with custom wheel chocks, tie down tracks, etc. This trailer is awsome, and we have made several trips, Laughlin, Las Vegas, Half Moon Bay, and the trailer pulls straight and true, and the other vehicles following say it allows for a pretty decent draft, if they can keep up with us!"
